I recently had to get a new PC as my laptop was giving me so many problems, even to the point I could not log onto SL® and so now I have a brand new system I decided to create a blog to showcase the styling that I love. Fashion in any way is an art, and like any art it is subjective to the one creating and the one viewing. I create looks because it is sometimes an expression of my very own emotions. So for my first blog post I built this look off an outfit I purchased at the Relay for Life Fantasy Faire 2011.
This was a 50L purchase from Evie's Closet that was set up outside of her shop on the Forest of Light sim at the Fantasy Faire, which she also sponsored as well. Her store is full of beautiful fantasy, fairy, elf, magical, role-play type costumes and outfits and designed by Evangeline Miles. I spoke with her assistant and you may find the outfit in the stores soon, or perhaps not, but currently the store is in the process of moving, so there is a temporary location available. It comes with a ballet skirt (shown) and a babydoll skirt option. *EC* Avery also has a flower attachment top piece, slippers and wings. I added one single item from Bare@Rose's White Fairy outfit created by June Dion. This piece is the white lace attachment that is drifting off the bodice of the dress.
Here is a better view of the wings. Last year I found this hair at *BC322 Skull & bones.* It is *BC322 "Bird"White, and has an option for the Bird Cage with the hair and without. I've wanted an opportunity to wear this hair for awhile and here it is. I also added Acid & Mala's - My Fav Bracelet - White Pearls to the outfit as it adds symmetry to the outfit, and you can never really go wrong with pearls.
I finish off the look with a gorgeous skin I purchased at the Skin Fair that was held awhile back. It is Lionskins Lea GOTHIC nh, designed by Lion Jonesford. She really did an amazing job on this skin and has makeups to go with it (purchase separate.) I really enjoyed the Fantasy Faire 2011 and was lucky enough to DJ on Saturday April 9, and again on Sunday from 8pm -12am. My first time back Dj'ing in almost six months. Life is good.
